Shame! The black economy has grown from about 3% in the mid-50s to 20% by 1980, to 35% by 1990, and 40% by 1995 and so on in upward direction where every Indians are made to surrender their votes held in the form of human rights under Parallel economy. The Parallel economy and corruption swallow individual’s growth and resources where citizens gradually shall become economically impotent in using their resources and search for credit ,beg for money with money lender or accept money for vote.
