Human brain view objects from multiple angles and deliver the messages via mother tongue or any other languages to be true or lie like sociopath and synonymous become psychopath in public life. The interconnecting objects such as traits in human brain under given biological condition is interacting in human psyche that determined the messages to be true or false to deliver in public. When, such human traits continue to exercise under polluted biosphere and unstable climate change that the interconnecting objects such as traits is lose their special characters and stumble their uniform properties in brain and become subject. The loss of special character in interconnecting objects in human brain and stumbled uniform properties is depress the egotist characters to be aggressive during interaction process in psyche and causes psychiatric disorder in behavioral or mental pattern to be a sociopath and synonymous become psychopath. The psychopath is bound to deliver nonstop speeches [like found mentally ill person speaking on the roads] in the form of lies in public. Subjects always specify and diversify the characters under the condition of unanimous amalgamation. But, object exists with special characters with uniform properties and diversify the characters for evolution and civilization. That is the reason United Nations Charter and many of the parliamentary and legislative assemblies in the world are still struggling with their subject to diversify the characters of human population and Nation. Manmade past and present biosphere and environmental degradation is reproduced socioeconomic extremism and terrorism via psychopaths which dictate terms as dictator and made civilizations to suffer. The psychopaths have fear within and make others to fear. The depressed egotist characters needs to be identified and treated at early stage by Psychological Clinics around the world to protect Global socioeconomic prospects. At the same time that the Nations need to keep the biosphere and outer space clean to prevent psychopaths and dictatorship on our planet for Peace and prosperity. The Truth prevails. Ranking is divide purity and impurity, ’Haves’ and have Not’s for economic indexing to rule under discipline which does not have the capacity to correspond both purity and impurity, ’Haves’ and have Not’s for diversity. It is the responsibility of governance to improve capacity building measures for diversity. Banks are on capital mode of operation on values which falls under professional strength on accountability. Humans are on welfare mode of operation on issues which falls under social strength on responsibility. The corresponding the Government’s ideology with any banks in the world is require to bring closer similarities with professional strength of accountability with social strength of responsibility by sharing National values and issues equally to build transparent environment for diversity. Governments can dictate terms with bankers, bureaucrats and their employees and pensioners and license holders to whom Government shared the National values. Bankers can dictate terms with; Haves’ and corporate where government should not interfere. At the same time that the governments can’t dictate terms with underprivileged, unemployed and people living in poverty as they are participated in democratic process during election to form government and resolve issues. They, needs to be celebrated by the Governments in providing employment, ration, housing, education and medical care by sharing the national values equally with their issues to build transparent environment for diversity. Diversity improves National capacity which changes the attitude of human population and not bank ranking which spill dictation all over and develop Social unrest, strikes and closures that threatens the entire economic ecosystem of the country in a mess as Indians experience! देश की राजधानी में हाल ही में एक घटना सामने आई जिसके बारे में दैनिक अखबार में पढने को मिला, खबर मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाली थी कि किस तरह से आधुनिकता और स्मार्टफोन आदि मानवता तथा इंसानियत पर भारी पड़ते जा रहें है |

            

                         

बुराड़ी बाहरी दिल्ली का एक विधानसभा क्षेत्र हैं, वहां सडक पर एक व्यक्ति तेज गति से आ रही कार की चपेट में आ जाता है और दुर्घटना का शिकार हो जाता है, वह सडक पर मदद के इंतज़ार में पड़ा रहता है, टक्कर काफी तेज थी और तत्काल अस्पताल लेकर जाना आवश्यक था परन्तु आसपास में लोग एकत्र तो हो जाते है लेकिन केवल एक कार्य करने लगते है – अपने फोन में उस घायल व्यक्ति का विडिओ बनाने लगते है जबकि वह शख्स उसी बेसुध घायल हालत में सडक पर पड़ा रहता है, फिर कोई सज्जन आते हैं तता उसे अस्पताल पहुंचाते है किन्तु तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी थी, काफी खून बह चूका था, जिसके कारण वह आदमी मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो जाता है | 

ये घटना अपने आप में पहली नही थी जब ऐसा हुआ हो लेकिन ये शायद आखिरी हो इसकी हमे कामना करनी चाहिए क्योंकि ये घटना मानवता पर दाग है एक कभी ना मिटने वाला धब्बा है |

एक व्यक्ति का जीवन मृत्यु के समीप हो और सब जानते हुए भी लोग कैमरे के शेर बन जाएँ तो इसका आगामी परिणाम सम्पूर्ण मानवता तथा समाज के लिए भयावह होने वाला है |

              

हमे समझना चाहिए कि हम एक स्मार्टफोन के जंजाल में फंसते जा रहें है वस्तुतः हमारी शुभ प्रातः से लेकर शुभ रात्रि इसी में होती है लेकिन इसके जंजाल में हम मानवता का स्तर न्यून करने की दिशा में अग्रसर हैं | दुसरे शब्दों में कहें तो यह एक तरह का ‘’कैमरा-वाद’ या ‘’सेल्फिवाद’’ है जोकि हमारे मन, दिमाग तथा जीवन में तेजी से बढ़ता जा रहा है, चाहे बच्चें हो या बड़े कोई इसके जंजाल से बचे नही है | जरा सोचिये कि आप एक ऐसे समय फोटो/विडिओ में लगें हैं जिस समय सामने पड़े व्यक्ति को आपकी सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत है जबकि उस दौरान इंसानियत से आपको उसकी मदद के लिए आगे आना चाहिए, उसे तत्काल प्रभाव से अस्पताल पहुँचाना चाहिए |

                 

वास्तव में होता क्या है कि आप अपनी आँखों से देखना बंद कर देते है तथा अपने उसी जंजाल रुपी स्मार्टफोन की आँख यानी कैमरा से देखना शुरू कर देते है और खुद की जिम्मेदारी उसी निर्जीव यंत्र को देकर खुद निर्जीव बन जाते है |

               

यकीन मानिए आपने अपनी तुलना उस स्मार्टफोन की कीमत से जाने-अनजाने में कर ही दी है, वरना आप उस विडिओ को बनाकर क्या करेंगे ?? कौन ऐसे विडिओ देखने का शोक रखता है ?? कौन आपसे ये विडिओ मांगता है ?? क्या आप उस विडिओ को बिना संकोच किया दिखा सकेंगे ?? क्या आपके भीतर का मानव आपको यह नही कहेगा की मदद की बजाय विडिओ बनाकर क्या साबित करना चाहते हो ???

ये सभी प्रश्न उनके लिए विशेष है जो ऐसे मौकों पर स्वयं की आँखे बंद कर के “कैमरावादी” बन जाते हैं और मानव और मानवता विरोधी श्रृंखला में जुड़ जाते है | यदि आज ये लोग इसी तरह विडिओ कुप्रथा को प्रचलित करेंगे तो वह दिन भी दूर नही जब ये सडक पर मदद के लिए पड़े होंगे और इनका विडिओ बन रहा होगा |

अतः हमे मानवता और स्मार्टफोन के बीच अंतर को स्पष्ट करना होगा तथा इंसानियत को “कैमरावाद” से उपर दोबारा लाना होगा, स्मार्टफोन के उपयोग को जरूरत के अनुसार सीमित करना होगा और अपने भीतर ले संवेदनशील इंसान को जिन्दा रखना होगा ताकि इंसानियत वर्तमान और भविष्य दोनों में सजग और सुरक्षित रहे |
